For years, I have cultivated a passion for sourdough baking. My sourdough has been my companion in the kitchen for over a decade, and together, we have developed a series of recipes where the aromas of this magical element blend skillfully with the careful selection of flours that I use in my creations. It is precisely in the choice of ancient grain flours and their blend (which I personally prepare) that my special recipes come to life. The meticulous selection of strictly seasonal and locally sourced ingredients completes my dishes, making them even more unique and special.
