Hi from Ada!

Hi! I’m Ada Parisi, a professional journalist specializing in the food and agriculture sector, living in Rome. In 2013, I created a food blog inspired by Sicilian traditions, but today my cooking embraces a 360-degree approach: from Sicilian and Roman to Italian and international cuisine, with a focus on Korean, Chinese, and Japanese flavors. I’ve cooked in various restaurants and taught cooking lessons at home, and now I want to develop a more structured business offering cooking classes, food shopping experiences, food storytelling, and private dinners, with a special focus on international guests. I speak English and German, and my partner, a wine & spirit expert, shares this passion with me.
