- Crostino with chard, olives and mozzarella
- Amatriciana pasta
- Smart tiramisu
Let's go together for a tour of a small but rich neighborhood market, the Alberone market, where we will find fruits, vegetables, pork, bread, cold cuts, fresh pasta, and pastries. Then at my house, two minutes away from the market, we will prepare together a menu with the purchased products: for example, an appetizer of crostini with chicory or other seasonal vegetables, olives and mozzarella, pasta alla Amatriciana or alla Carbonara, and a very quick and super creamy espresso tiramisu served on a plate. We will eat together in a living room decorated with antique furniture and Sicilian ceramics.

Cesarina from 2024Location: Rome Languages: Italian, English, German, FrenchHi! I’m Ada Parisi, a professional journalist specializing in the food and agriculture sector, living in Rome. In 2013, I created a food blog inspired by Sicilian traditions, but today my cooking embraces a 360-degree approach: from Sicilian and Roman to Italian and international cuisine, with a focus on Korean, Chinese, and Japanese flavors. I’ve cooked in various restaurants and taught cooking lessons at home, and now I want to develop a more structured business offering cooking classes, food shopping experiences, food storytelling, and private dinners, with a special focus on international guests. I speak English and German, and my partner, a wine & spirit expert, shares this passion with me.
