Hi! I’m Ada Parisi, a professional journalist specializing in the food and agriculture sector, living in Rome. In 2013, I created a food blog inspired by Sicilian traditions, but today my cooking embraces a 360-degree approach: from Sicilian and Roman to Italian and international cuisine, with a focus on Korean, Chinese, and Japanese flavors.
