Come and experience a tasty and delightful food market tour and cooking class in Rome ! Join me at Trionfale Market, a bustling neighborhood market in Prati, a real mecca for foodies, located 300 meters from the Vatican Museums and San Peter. As we weave between stalls, selling farm-fresh eggs, colorful products and all kind of seasonal products, I’ll talk about local food systems and foodways, point out local ingredients, and introduce you to my favourite vendors (you’ll also get to taste a few things along the way). Then we’ll join my cozy apartment, right in front on the market and we’ll begin our cooking class, preparing homemade pasta together (tagliatelle with ragù) and tiramisù, while enjoying a class of wine. We’ll taste our recipes and we’ll finish with a good Italian coffee.

Both of us have had experiences abroad, between London and Paris, and we are returning to Rome to showcase and share the most delicious Italian recipes with anyone eager to learn and taste with us! Homemade fresh pasta and tiramisu are our specialties, which we vary with strictly seasonal products. We are opening the doors of our apartment, located just a few meters from the historic Mercato Trionfale, one of the richest and most traditional neighborhood markets in Rome, and only a few hundred meters from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica. You are welcome!
