My name is Alberto, I'm 50 years old, and I have an unbounded passion for good food. Fun, conviviality, sensory perceptions, and inventiveness are the foundation of my culinary passion, which has accompanied me throughout my life. Every dish I prepare unconsciously reveals a part of me. The creativity I infuse into my dishes reflects my multifaceted personality. I am always attentive to the genuineness of the ingredients and never forget to dedicate care to the presentation of my "creations," an aspect I consider essential. I make pasta and bread strictly at home, and I range from fish to meat, offering classic Italian dishes, sometimes surprisingly revisited. My main satisfaction is being able to evoke emotions in the palate and senses, making my dishes and the time spent together unforgettable.
