A total immersion in the Quadraro, a characteristic neighborhood where it is still possible to immerse oneself in real Roman life. Through a small urban trek we will discover this corner of Rome. Wandering through stores and markets we will have the opportunity to buy the products for the making of our signature dish. And then all at home with our hands in the dough....
The menu will include an appetizer with homemade bruschetta and breadsticks with sourdough, as a first course ravioli of the guests' choice with ingredients bought at the market, dessert is from the house.
