A special cooking class with Cesarina Emanuela, a chance to celebrate Italian cuisine, sharing and the joy of getting stuck in.
We’ll start by preparing some traditional Italian recipes together, choosing from a range of pasta dishes: from paccheri with carbonara or amatriciana sauce, to handmade gnocchi topped with gorgonzola or a rich, flavourful sauce, right through to tagliatelle all’Alfredo.
To round off the experience, we’ll make a dessert of your choice together: a cream tart with fresh fruit, a jam tart or the ever-popular tiramisu.
The menu can be tailored to your preferences: it will be an authentic experience, filled with techniques, stories and little secrets of Italian cuisine to take home with you.
