A unique party with Cesarina Emanuela, we will enjoy starting our dinner with a nice appetizer and our spritz. This will be followed by a trio of first courses (Paccheri carbonara/amatriciana, handmade gnocchi with gorgonzola/sauce, and tagliatelle all'Alfredo). This will be followed by a dessert of your choice between cream tart with fruit, jam tart, and our beloved tiramisu. Of course, the menu can be modified according to your needs, and it will be an unforgettable day.

I would book this experience again in a heartbeat. By the time we sat down to eat, I was confident that I could recreate the menu at home due to the exceptional teaching and hands on teaching we received
- Can't say enough how warm and welcoming Emanuela was to my wife and I. We had a wonderful evening learning to cook different types of pasta dishes and enjoy them... she and her daughter we wonderful hosts and teachers.
- Both Emanuela and her daughter Francessca were not only welcoming, they were full of joy and kindness. I took my wife for that experience on our honeymoon to get an authentic Italian lunch and on top of that, learn some new culinary skills! I can say for certainty, it was amazing! And loved their puppy, Nico. Amazing fell.
