Would you like to spend a special evening in a Roman home to immerse yourself in the magical atmosphere of the holidays? "When in Rome, do as the Romans do!" - and here in Rome I will introduce you to the warmth and traditions that make this time of year unique. I will welcome you in my home, located in a neighborhood rich in history and charm, where we will devote ourselves together to the preparation of traditional dishes, literally putting our hands to pasta!
It will be an opportunity to learn, have fun and learn trivia about Roman cuisine and local festive customs. At the end of the evening, we will sit around the table to enjoy the fruits of our labor, toasting and sharing moments of authentic conviviality.

- It was an amazing experience. It was like I was with a good friend. I managed not only to learn how to cook, but I also practiced my Italian language. I learned a lot about the culture of the people living in Italy. And Maria's garden is a separate masterpiece. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes delicious and healthy food.

Our Cesarina in the kitchen rediscovers family recipes, adapting and modifying them according to the rules of kasherut (the different Jewish culinary habits). "The recipes I propose are all very attentive, both to seasonality and to the choice of raw materials; I can certainly say that my cuisine combines tradition and health."
