Spending a half day with Valeria and Valentina was one of the highlights of our trip. They welcomed our family of 11 with such genuine warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. They patiently taught us how to make beautiful fresh pasta, then served each variety with delicious homemade sauces for a wonderful lunch we shared together. More than just a cooking class, it felt like spending time with friends while experiencing authentic Italian hospitality. We will treasure the memories and highly recommend this experience!

This class was one of the best experiences I had all week. Hats off to the 2 nonnas who were terrific teachers and I came away with the knowledge I was seeking.

As three generations of our family traveling together—grandparents, children, and grandchildren—we decided to join this cooking class, and it was one of the highlights of our trip! Valeria and Valentina were so warm and welcoming, and they taught us how to make delicious ravioli and tiramisu. We can't wait to recreate the recipes at home. Highly recommended!

As an all-women family on a trip to Rome, we decided to treat ourselves to a cooking class in a private home, and we're so glad we did! Meeting Valeria and Valentina was such a pleasure. They were warm, fun, and made us feel right at home. We learned how to make fresh pasta, lasagna, and tiramisu, and had such a great time together. We can't wait to make all the recipes again for our families when we get back home. We definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Rome!

Parioli is a Roman neighborhood that holds a unique charm. It distinguishes itself by its marvelous buildings and large green areas. This neighborhood offers up so many different facets and after the Second World War it began to get noticed, becoming the hang out place of famous movie stars, important theater actors and diplomats from all over the world. The history of Parioli, however, dates back to the Roman period. Later, during the Middle Ages, the neighborhood was known as "Pelaiolo", a peasant term referring to the fruit of the pear tree. We greet you here in Parioli in our period home. Both lovers of the culinary arts, we have always enjoyed spending lots of time cooking and trying out new recipes, from the past and present. Our dishes are full of the memories and flavors of childhood, and our table setting is elegant and full of colors that vary according to the seasons. Our preparations tend to revolve around baked goods (bread, breadsticks, taralli), all strictly homemade using our own sourdough starter and extra virgin olive oil which we also produce ourselves.
