A journalist with a passion for food, I was born with a sweet tooth. I love cooking and sharing my passion with my guests: the best way to find out what Romans really eat (and think). In a few hours I will teach you how to put your hands in the dough and create Italian gastronomic "gems" that will make your taste buds sing and make a great impression with friends.

I was able to find a point of contact between these two aspects of my life: having guests from all over the world that allows me to meet foreign people and share anecdotes and life details. It is a real joy to be able to welcome people from all over the world, enjoying great food, accompanied by good wine.
 
 You will be welcomed in my house located right in front of the Basilica of St. Paul in Rome, a stone's throw from one of the curves of the Tiber. On the third and last floor of a 1915 building that enjoys a beautiful terrace, the perfect location for your taste experience of traditional Roman dishes.
