We'll begin this cooking class by preparing handmade pasta using eggs and flour, sharing the secrets of grandmothers for perfect results. We'll create both a stuffed pasta and a simple version. To complete the experience, we'll make a beloved dessert typical of Lazio, starting from scratch, and have fun throughout the process.

Simply amazing! We had such a wonderful time with Elisabetta and thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class! Her hospitality was warm and inviting. She is a fantastic teacher and made pasta making, easy! We will definitely be back for another class.

Here we can discover the unmistakable taste of ancient flavors, prepared from recipes that had never been written down, but were learned directly from the memory of Elisabetta's grandmother. The atmosphere is cheerful and friendly and we can enjoy Elisabetta’s cooking sitting around her splendid and colorful table. In spring and summer, a breathtaking view of the city can be enjoyed from her terrace.
