During this cooking course you will learn how to prepare 3 typical recipes from the Rome area: battered squash blossoms, gnocchi and tiramisu.
Under my guidance you will learn how to make gnocchi dough like a Roman Cesarina following my family's recipes!
Each participant will have his or her own station and will be actively working, equipped with a gremband and a handout where the recipes will be explained, with ingredients and steps.
At the end of the course, we will cook together and sit at the table and enjoy the prepared dishes, with local wine of excellent quality!
