Hello everyone! I am Cesarina Elisabetta. I am passionate about cooking and love to pass on my family's recipes, enriching them with secrets passed down from my beloved grandmother. To get to know each other better, we will start with a delicious appetizer before getting down to business!
During our meeting, we will prepare two pasta dishes typical of my tradition and the classic tiramisu, using ingredients carefully selected from local producers. While the water boils for the pasta, we will move to the terrace from where we can admire the wonderful view of the city of Rome. On the clearest days, it will even be possible to glimpse the dome of St. Peter's! I eagerly look forward to sharing this culinary experience together!

- Simply amazing! We had such a wonderful time with Elisabetta and thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class! Her hospitality was warm and inviting. She is a fantastic teacher and made pasta making, easy! We will definitely be back for another class.

Here we can discover the unmistakable taste of ancient flavors, prepared from recipes that had never been written down, but were learned directly from the memory of Elisabetta's grandmother. The atmosphere is cheerful and friendly and we can enjoy Elisabetta’s cooking sitting around her splendid and colorful table. In spring and summer, a breathtaking view of the city can be enjoyed from her terrace.
