This fun experience will feature us in Cesarino Marco's kitchen. We will begin by kneading water and flour by hand, choosing the best varieties of flour and yeast to ensure optimal leavening. We will discover the secrets of leavening and gluten mesh by working the dough carefully. While the dough rests and rises, we will enjoy an aperitif break on the terrace of the house, admiring the beautiful view of Rome and its surroundings.
When the dough is ready, we will roll it out together and season it to taste: mozzarella and tomato will not be missing! After baking it, we will enjoy our pizza all together. To end this unforgettable day as pizza makers, we will delight ourselves with a good tiramisu.
