Cooking for me is taking care of family and friends. We will prepare tortellini together that I learned from my aunt from Bologna and accompany them with other specialties I always make according to the season: homemade porchetta, vegetable or fish-filled pies, gourmet bruschetta, supplì, desserts and, of course, good wine.
