: What a wonderful evening spent with Gianluca and his beautiful wife and daughters. Everything about our experience was exactly what we were hoping for in an authentic meal shared with friendly locals. The food was absolutely exquisite, the company was so warm and welcoming, and their apartment was just stunning. This is surely one of the hi-lights of our trip to Italy, and I cannot give them a higher recommendation! Only a short taxi ride from central Rome, this is a MUST-do experience!
: I had the most wonderful experience with this gorgeous family. Gianluca’s wife and daughter took me to the markets to collect ingredients and taste different cheeses and salami. They also got ingredients for a snack they wanted me to try (which was delicious but I cannot remember the name). I had so much fun cooking with Gianluca and his daughter who was our translator throughout the experience. The family were so welcoming and fun, and gave me lots of tips of different places to visit while staying in Rome. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I definitely recommend this experience with Gianluca and his family, and I cannot wait to try to cook these meals when back home. Thank you again!

: I had the most magical evening with Gianluca and his family, Georgia, Kayla, and Benedita (please excuse the misspelled names!)! First of all, I have rarely met such a gracious and welcoming family. They made me feel welcome from even before I arrived! They welcomed me with the most delicious coffee and cookie I have ever had! Then we went to the market to get some fresh ingredients for the meal. Then back to their house to cook! Gianluca made incredible appetizers, handmade pasta, a chicken dish, and his secret recipe tiramisu. I even got to help! There was so much delicious food that I couldn't eat it all! I highly recommend the Cesarine experience and Gianluca in particular. Definitely a must do! When I'm back in Italy, I plan to do this again with Gianluca!
