  • Ravioli
  • Tiramisu

I can’t wait to welcome you to my home, surrounded by garden and vegetable patch! We’ll start the class by picking fresh seasonal vegetables together, then enjoy a refreshing spritz with Prosecco and Cynar to get in the mood for cooking. We’ll prepare colorful, creative ravioli filled with garden vegetables—not your average ravioli, but a real explosion of flavor and imagination. Next, we’ll make tiramisu, Italy’s most iconic dessert, using quality ingredients and traditional steps. We’ll end on a high note with a typical Italian liqueur or amaro, to toast and taste even more of our culinary culture. Cheers—and long live Italian cooking!

Patrizia was incredible! She was very welcoming and shared her knowledge with me while we handmade Tagliatelle, Tortelloni and a Strawberry tarte for dessert. She gave off a very warm feeling, the feeling you get when you go to your relatives' house to make a celebratory family meal. It was one of the best life experiences I've had. Thank you Patrizia! I will definitely recommend you to everyone!

Amazing! Patrizia and Luca were the most amazing hosts and make you feel like family! We were invited into their beautiful home atop the hills overlooking the lake. The food was delicious and fresh, and Patrizia did an amazing job explaining how to make the fresh pasta and the focaccia. Make sure you hungry! As there was a lot of food

Patrizia & Luca were the most gracious & lovely hosts. She was so helpful with modes of transportation to her home & recommended several drivers for us, which made for a flawless travel experience. We were then warmly greeted to their home, where we were shown around the garden & inside as well. Unfortunately it was a foggy day, so the lake was only somewhat visible. However, I just know it is the most beautiful view on a clear day! They started off with white or red wine, fresh salami, focaccia, cheeses, & honey. WOW! We then got to learn & cook ravioli tagliatelle & fettuccine noodles for our delicious meal. Tiramisu was also on the menu & was delightfully easy to make & even more delightful to eat! Both hosts engaged in conversation well & were a pleasure to talk with. Once the class ended, Patrizia made sure to send everyone the full recipes in detail for all of the food we had cooked. We could not recommend this class enough!

Wow, what an amazing experience! Patrizia welcomed us to her beautiful home with the most stunning views. She showed us how to make a perfect tiramisu, followed by making fresh tagliatelle and tortellini. Patrizia set up a table outside in her garden, looking over the scenic views where we enjoyed the food we made. One of our favourite experiences from our trip to Lake Como and definitely something I’d recommend to anyone visiting.

"My life is tied to the lake, this is where I have my roots and where I’m fine. I am a painter, my work allows me to manage time and the kitchen is for me my second workshop, where I can easily create dishes instead of paintings. My two children, now grown up and my husband were those who made me practice and love cooking. Hosting friends during the summer in the garden was an opportunity to understand that receiving guests is a pleasure and a personal enrichment. The ingredients of my recipes are all genuine, from local producers:  honey, cheese, fish, directly from the fisherman in Dervio, and vegetables from my garden that my husband cares with passion for many years. Our house is a bit like the houses of the past, the fireplace and the stove allow us to warm up and cook with wood, and I must say that the result of the dishes cooked on the wood stove is very good. Also in the garden we have a kitchen and, in summer, we prepare, cook and always eat outdoors."
