You will choose together some of the ingredients needed to make the fresh pasta sauce that you are going to make in the cooking class. At home you will be greeted by a splendid panorama in front of which you will enjoy a welcome aperitif and lace up your aprons and learn how to make two types of traditional fresh pasta,one of which is stuffed and their typical toppings also in a vegetarian version. Patrizia will share recipes and techniques so you can make what you learn at home for you and your guests!

: I recently attended this cooking class, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! From start to finish, the attention to detail and level of care were unmatched. What truly set this class apart was how personalized it was to our dietary restrictions, as well as the incredible recommendations she gave us for things to do in other cities. She also took the time to teach us about Venetian culture and the rich history behind the food, making the experience both unique and deeply enriching. The instructor took the time to understand our needs and seamlessly adapted the recipes to accommodate them without sacrificing flavor or creativity. Not only did we learn new cooking techniques, but we also left with practical tips and recipes that we can easily recreate at home. : I booked a cooking class with Patrizia fora group of 12 which can be very difficult to accommodate. Not only did she accommodate us, but she went above and beyond! We were absolutely amazed and the details, the gifts, the thoughtfulness, how caring her and her husband were. The location was amazing, the food was impeccable. : This was by far the highlight of our family’s trip to Venice!! From the spectacular view of Venice from Patrizia’s home, to the well thought out plan for teaching us how to make Tiramisu and a variety of pastas, to the demo of traditional Venitian dishes, the delicious wines and take home gift with recipes, all among a backdrop of a relaxing home and music, this was a night we will remember forever! Thank you for welcoming us into your home. We left Venice with more than some recipes…we left with a beautiful new friend.
