We invite you to a cooking class dedicated to homemade pasta, a symbol of Italian tradition. Lisa and Patrizia will welcome you to their home on Giudecca, where you will be greeted with an aperitif and breathtaking views. Once your aprons are tied on, each participant will have their own workstation, equipped with all the necessary tools to prepare traditional dishes, accompanied by tips and insights from our Cesarine. And of course, you will not miss out on dessert: together, you will prepare an authentic Tiramisù following a family recipe that the Cesarine will share with you. Discovering Venice and the island of Giudecca through its culinary traditions while entering a local home will be an unforgettable experience.

I had the pleasure of cooking with Patrizia while in Italy with my best girlfriend this week. This experience was a highlight during our amazing adventure. Patrizia was so warm and friendly and obviously passionate about authentic Italian cooking. She shared techniques, tips and recipes we will be able to incorporate at home. This was an unforgettable experience that I will be raving about for years. The fresh pasta, delicious vegetables and sauce she helped us create were amazing. The authentic Tiramasu was the best I have ever tasted. Highly recommend!
