Your experience
In our charming penthouse overlooking Lake Bracciano, a rich menu dedicated to wild boar awaits you.
We will begin with an appetizer consisting of crostoni with provolone cheese and artichokes followed by wild boar sausages and a selection of local artisanal cheeses. Next, we will delight you with homemade cocoa pappardelle pasta topped with a wild boar ragout, followed by your choice of wild boar stew or saltimbocca alla romana. As a side dish, you can enjoy seasonal vegetables including broccoletti, chicory or grilled vegetables. To end on a sweet note, we will offer your choice of a delicious tiramisu or strawberry zabaglione. All will be accompanied by coffee and house wine.
