The idea is to combine a visit to an organic winery in the Frignano area with a traditional dinner, prepared and served in an old farmhouse a few kilometers away.
The winery is expertly managed by Iryna, a "wine woman" who, with passion and determination, produces organic wines from native vineyards. Irina will guide us on a tour, at the end of which we will be able to taste her delicious wines. We will then move to my home where we will enjoy lunch or dinner consisting of tortellini in capon broth, pork fillet with onion and mustard, and finally a cream and black cherry tart: all made by me with great passion and care. For guests with their own transport, this experience can also be extended to groups of up to 8 people.

- Robbie welcomed my group with open arms and hosted an incredible evening. The vegetarian options were delicious and I just wanted to keep eating! The tortellini was my favourite. If you are considering going to Robbie’s home restaurant, just go!

Insieme alla mia amica Sommelier, amiamo realizzare abbinamenti cibo – vino e giocare con i mille sapori che la nostra terra offre. Sono dinamica, curiosa e piena di interessi, mi appassionano le nuove esperienze che affronto sempre con entusiasmo.
