A perfect location surrounded by the hills of Siena, where I love to welcome my guests and offer typical dishes from my land.

During this cooking class, I will teach you how to prepare three classic Tuscan recipes, following my family's recipes. We will learn how to make Tuscan bread and stuff crostini with organic products, discover how to make pici, a long fresh pasta format, often shaped like a thick spaghetti, with an aglione sauce, a type of garlic particularly aromatic cultivated in Tuscany, and we will complete our menu with the rustic apple cake.

A perfect location surrounded by the Sienese hills, where she loves to welcome her guests and serve typical dishes from her region. Our Cesarina is very careful about the choice of ingredients, she prefers organic products sourced locally. The vegetables are harvested from her vegetable garden, the flours are ground from ancient grains that come from a small stone mill near her house.
