My greatest passion is cooking; I love sharing and introducing the flavors of my homeland. I particularly enjoy cooking both fish and meat first courses, as they are my passion! I take great pleasure in making fresh pasta and experimenting with new flavors, always striving for the right balance. I also love preparing traditional desserts from our region, especially crafting artisanal gelato. When hosting relatives or friends from different regions, I delight in letting them taste all the authentic flavors of my homeland.
