I have always been passionate about discovering true Italian traditions by cooking typical dishes from my region. Liguria boasts unique specialties such as D.O.P. basil and D.O.P. extra virgin olive oil. For my family and friends, I love preparing homemade artisanal trofie with Genoese pesto, stuffed mussels, anchovies, and many other traditional dishes. With my guests, I would love to share how to make fresh trofie, Genoese pesto, and a classic Italian dessert — tiramisù.

: One of the best experiences of our trip. 🇮🇹❤️ I booked an intimate cooking class for me and my husband, where we learned how to make pesto, trofie pasta and tiramisu. But it ended up being so much more than just a cooking class. Elisa & Davide welcomed us into their family home, where we cooked together in their kitchen, snacked on amazing local cheeses, and then enjoyed the lunch and dessert we had made in their beautiful garden.
