"My name is Francesca, I live in Scafati, a city in the province of Salerno, a few kilometers from the Pompeii excavations. I welcome my guests in a villa surrounded by an oasis of greenery and tranquility, located in a strategic point to reach the historic center of Pompei. My grandparents left me an important legacy: the love for cooking. I bring to the table genuine products grown in my garden, through traditional Neapolitan and family recipes. "

Francesca è stata una super Cesarine e ci ha accolto calorosamente con la sua famiglia. È stato superbo mangiare dei prodotti colti direttamente dal suo orto. La cucina era ottima molto generosa e saporita, dei piatti autentici della tradizione campana. È un ricordo bellissimo della vacanza trascorsa in campania e per questo raccomandiamo Francesca a tutti coloro che vogliano scoprire la cultura della regione e suoi abitanti! Francesca a été une super Cesarine et nous a accueilli chaleureusement avec sa famille. C'était génial de manger des produits récoltés directement de son potager. La cuisine était delicieuse, très généreuse et savoureuse, nous avons mangé des plats authentiques de la région de Campanie. J'en garde un magnifique souvenir et pour cela je recommande Francesca a tout ceux qui souhaitent découvrir la région et ses habitants!

We loved the baking experience and the hospitality. All of the ingredients were ready for us and we were led step-by-step through making Spagliatelle, Pizza di Grano, and Pasticciotto di Neapolitana. A wonderful experience, led by Francesca (@la_cesarina_Francesca) with her expert skills, enthusiasm and beautiful smile. We also appreciated that she had a wonderful young woman there to serve as our English translator and that we we able to meet her delightful children.
