I have a love for cooking, both Venetian dishes reflecting my origins and Roman specialties. While I am passionate about international cuisine from my travels, my heart lies in the joy of crafting aperitifs (known as 'cicheti' in Veneto) and creating delightful desserts. I'm excited to share this culinary experience with a dear Roman friend who is an expert in Roman-Jewish cuisine.
