Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina
Shared Experience
Your experience
Inside a villa in the Roman countryside you can learn how to knead and make the typical homemade fettuccina, potato gnocchi, fried zucchini flowers or artichokes alla giudia and the famous tiramisu.
I will personally guide you through all the steps and at the same time you will be able to taste what you have made and spend a few hours in pleasant and enjoyable company. It will be an experience in a family environment. At the end of the course I will provide you with the recipes and the procedure of what you have made so that you will not forget and take it with you managing to reintroduce it at home with your friends and relatives.

Francesca
Cesarina from 2023Location: Rome Languages: Italian and EnglishI have a love for cooking, both Venetian dishes reflecting my origins and Roman specialties. While I am passionate about international cuisine from my travels, my heart lies in the joy of crafting aperitifs (known as 'cicheti' in Veneto) and creating delightful desserts. I'm excited to share this culinary experience with a dear Roman friend who is an expert in Roman-Jewish cuisine.
