"I grew up in a family where table and good food have always been a time of joy, sharing and culture. Recipes handed down from my grandmother Carmelina to my mother and then to me representing my story and the many tables laid with relatives and friends. For me cooking is my childhood, when I got up with the smell of my grandmother’s fried eggplant, and also my present, when on Sundays I get up with my children to cook homemade bread and focaccia and fresh pasta, and I hope it’s also my future to pass on my passion to them and keep family memories alive. I live in a territory, the Etna "in Muntagna", which offers the wealth of fantastic products such as the pistachio of Bronte, the black pig of Nebrodi, the citrus groves of Acese and the fantastic fish market of Catania. The cuisine for me is: land, roots, history, family and culture, in a word. my Sicily that I would like to make known to my guests."
