Hi from Daiana!

Hi I'm Daiana Meli, I participated in a famous italian cooking talent show!I love cooking and I especially love the products of our land, Sicily.I can say with certainty that the Sicilian tradition is the backbone of my cuisine but despite this I think that my idea of cooking tends to innovation despite being anchored to my roots, to the scents of my land and to the flavors of the sea. In my dishes there is never a lack of citrus smells that are the main feature of Sicilian cuisine.In addition, I also love to cook oriental cuisine.I use different techniques in the kitchen - in addition to the traditional ones - such as vacuum cooking and spherification.I love to create different menus aimed at surprising the most demanding palates. Being a chef at home and taking care of private events I am very passionate about because from time to time I prepare different dishes designed according to the different requests of the diners
