You will be welcomed into the farmhouse with garden, inside one of the oldest plant nurseries si Pistoia.The menu will celebrate the richness of traditional Romagna country dishes while having some Tuscan contaminations present in some ingredients but especially in the wines. If the weather permits you can also eat in the garden. You will enjoy piadine, stuffed cassoni, and freshly made fried pizzas with a selection of Tuscan cold cuts, pecorino cheese, and fresh cheese. You'll continue with garganelli, a homemade egg pasta shaped like penne, topped with peas, prosciutto, and shallots. Then arista pig meat with milk and sage accompanied by pan-fried tomatoes au gratin. To finish, zuppa inglese, a dessert of two-tone cream, ladyfingers and red liqueur.

I will cook typical Florentine dishes that my grandmother taught me and tell you their story by immersing you in our traditionWe will start with appetizer: Coccoli, the Duke's surprise ,pinzimonio, zucchini carpaccio; then I will propose as first course the classic ribollita or pappa al pomodoro and for second course the legendary Peposo alla "Brunelleschi or alla Fornacina" accompanied by a seasonal side dish.Of course, to end on a sweet note, cantuccini with vin santo and excellent wine will certainly not be missing.

A guided tour with a walk through the historic park of Pratolino, a short distance from my home where on the way back, we will enjoy a final aperitif with some tasty crostini, a dessert and good wine.Our itinerary will start from a beautiful avenue of horse chestnuts leading to the oldest garden: here we will tell you about the history of the most important buildings in the park.We will get to know, along the way, the characters who pulled the strings of this very complex machine, and we will admire the beautiful fountains that adorn the park, rich in mythological and alchemical references. It is said that the Medici gardens at Pratolino were among the most incredible ever created, second only to those of Boboli in Florence.
