    ¿Miércoles? ¡Noche de fiesta! Te espero en mi casa para vivir una velada diferente a lo habitual: ¡una experiencia dedicada a la buena comida y al compartir!

    Calendario de recetas (comienzo a las 19:30): -14/1: focaccia -18/2: pettole -11/3: focaccia Prepararemos juntos una receta tradicional, perfecta para una velada en compañía, de la que aprenderás la elaboración y los secretos. Después del curso, degustaremos el plato preparado y brindaremos con un buen vino.

    La experiencia se confirmará cuando se alcancen los 4 participantes. Te invitamos a que nos informes de cualquier alergia o intolerancia en el momento de la reserva. Haremos todo lo posible para satisfacer tus necesidades, pero en caso de alergias graves, no podemos garantizar la ausencia de contaminación.

    We loved our pasta and tiramisu making class with Christina and her mama at their home in Bari. We were a family of 8 the youngest being 11 years old. We made 2 types of pasta including orrichette. Christiana was a very good teacher making sure everyone was successful and the food we made together plus the extra side dishes mama prepared were delicious. We highly recommend this experience.

    Christiana did a fabulous job. She had the best ingredients possible. She was an excellent cook, ensured we have no food allergies, likes, or intolerances, and was a great teacher. She was positive and encouraging and we left her home feeling very comfortable that we could make pasta and tiramisu at home . She made is feel very welcome and went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable, to make a special dinner table, to bring in "extras" including her mother's limoncello, special bruschetta, Italian vegetables, and other appetizers not included. She and her friend Roberta were fun and lively to talk too and her English was good. My only suggestion for her would be to have written recipes that she emails, puts in what's app or hands on a paper to her students. Thank you Christiana!

    We had such a fun and relaxing night with Cristiana and her lovely mum. We had a go at making pasta and then had a beautiful meal prepared and cooked by both these lovely ladies. When we left after three hours we all had learned so much about each other. Thankyou both.

    Reasoned about positive cooking class review gedurende een paar seconden I want to write a positive review about this wonderful cooking class I attended this evening. It was much more than just a culinary experience—it was an immersion into the tradition and art of handmade pasta. The class was led by a warm and welcoming woman, with endless patience and a finesse in her fingers that made everything seem so easy and natural. With her expert guidance, I learned how to roll out and work fresh pasta with the right technique and sensitivity. Not only did I discover delicious recipes, but I also acquired skills that I will use again and again. I highly recommend this experience to anyone! You take home not only new flavors and skills, but also a special memory to cherish and relive every time you prepare pasta. A truly precious culinary souvenir!

    «Cocinar me relaja: me encanta inventar nuevas recetas y probarlas con mis amigos, organizando comidas y cenas. El amor por la cocina me lo transmitió mi madre, una cocinera maravillosa, siempre dispuesta a preparar delicias para mí y mis amigos. Debo decir que, afortunadamente, incluso hoy, con casi 82 años, nunca se echa atrás cuando se trata de cocinar. Su capacidad para crear auténticos banquetes incluso con pocos ingredientes es una característica que tengo muy en común con ella y que quiero poner a disposición de los curiosos y apasionados».
