    Vive una experiencia exclusiva de pasta fresca en una casa rural del siglo XVII, inmersa en la belleza y la historia de la campiña toscana. La bienvenida comienza con un aperitivo, Prosecco, acompañado de una selección de quesos, quiches y focaccias artesanales. Durante el curso, cada invitado elaborará tagliatelle y ravioli con maquinaria profesional individual, siguiendo las técnicas auténticas de la tradición toscana. A continuación, degustarán juntos los platos, acompañados de un Chianti, antes de terminar con el postre, tiramisú, galletas y licor. Como recuerdo del día, cada participante recibirá un pequeño libro de recetas típicas, que recoge preparaciones y sugerencias para poder recrear en casa los platos y las técnicas aprendidas durante el curso.

    We had the most wonderful time with Marzia during our cooking class! It was so convenient with the perfect amount of engagement and relaxed enjoyment. She made it easy to learn and fun to participate. The location and set up was perfect. I highly recommend if you enjoy learning or being engaged on vacation.

    We recently attended a home-cooked meal with Marzia while we stayed in Cortona, Italy. It was truly an unforgettable experience! The atmosphere was welcoming and warm from the moment we walked into her lovely home. Marzia, who was incredibly passionate about food, greeted us with a big smile and made everyone feel right at home. The meal was held in a cozy home with a well-equipped kitchen. Marzia was a skilled professional and a great teacher, breaking down complex techniques into simple, easy-to-follow steps. Our two children learned how easy it is to make fresh pasta and loved helping with that part of our meal. Each dish Marzia prepared was thoughtfully chosen to showcase the Tuscany region. There was no feeling of being rushed—each dish took time, and we had the opportunity to relax and enjoy our family time around an intimate table setting. The food was absolutely delicious, Marzia crafted everything from scratch. We highly recommend this food experience to anyone. It’s an experience that will stay with you long after the last bite and leave a memory of the Tuscany welcoming community.

    Marzia was excellent. This was our favorite dining experience of our trip to Cortona, more special than any restaurant experience. Aperitivo outdoors was a delight. We then moved into the apartment and the dining table was set beautifully. Dinner was delicious. We had the best lasagna we have ever tasted. It was nothing like what we have in the U.S. Marzia and her assistant were so warm and welcoming. Sincerely nice people. The entire evening was enjoyable and comfortable and all four courses outstanding. Highly recommend.

    The setting was lovely and our hostess was very hospitable, but we expected more. First we booked it as "show cooking" but we were served in another room from the kitchen. Also, while tasty, the meal had no "wow" factor. We could have had the same meal at a restaurant for much less money. Our hostess apologized several times that her helper cancelled. Wondering if she should have canceled or reschedules us.
