    A cooking class at Maria and Giorgio’s home in Rome turned out to be the most unforgettable experience of our entire trip. From the moment we stepped into their warm, welcoming kitchen, we felt like part of the family. Maria is truly a five‑star chef and an exceptional teacher—patient, funny, and incredibly skilled. She guided us through every step of making fresh pasta and the most delicious tiramisu we’ve ever tasted. What made the experience even more special was sharing an authentic Italian meal with Maria, Giorgio, and their family. The conversation, the laughter, the homemade dishes—everything felt genuine and full of heart. It wasn’t just a cooking class; it was a glimpse into real Roman life. If you’re visiting Rome and want something meaningful, delicious, and memorable, this is it. An absolute highlight of our trip.

    J'adore préparer des plats à base de pâtes fraîches faites maison, comme les maccheroni alla chitarra, les raviolis et les lasagnes, ainsi que des risottos et des pâtes sèches à base de champignons et de légumes de toutes sortes. J'ai expérimenté avec satisfaction différents plats de la cuisine des Abruzzes, tels que les ndurciullune, les pallotte cacio e ova et le lapin farci. De plus, lorsque j'en ai l'occasion, je m'inspire de la cuisine typique de la Toscane et du Latium.
