Siamo Carolina e Simona, una mamma e figlia appassionate di cucina che vivono nella pittoresca città di Cantù. Vi aspettiamo nel nostro accogliente attico, con vista mozzafiato sulle Alpi Svizzere, Como e Monte Rosa. Insieme, gusteremo i piatti che prepareremo durante questa lezione privata di cucina, accompagnati da ottimo vino rosso o bianco, per concludere con il limoncello fatto in casa, utilizzando limoni biologici.
Durante il corso, vi insegneremo a lavorare le farine tipiche lombarde, come la farina per polenta, la farina di grano saraceno e la farina gialla "fioretto". Prepareremo un antipasto tipico, un piatto di pasta fresca e un dolce. Al vostro ritorno a casa, stupirete i vostri ospiti con queste deliziose ricette autentiche italiane che avrete imparato da noi. - Overall a warm and welcoming learning experience. Caroline and Simone clearly know what they’re doing teaching through a hands on approach. Definitely an experience that we will carry home with us, connecting us all internationally with the power of a meal. Truly a unique and special experience, would highly recommend.

- The food and the hospitality at the pasta making class were absolutely amazing!! They even picked us up from the train station and made us feel right at home and guided us through the process with so much warmth and enthusiasm. The best part was getting to enjoy the delicious pasta we made together while sipping some wine. It felt like a true Italian feast!
