Con questa esperienza vi porterò a scoprire un'azienda agricola nel cuore della Conca d'Oro di Palermo, dove i prodotti tipici siciliani vengono coltivati secondo antiche tradizioni, senza pesticidi, ma solo affidandosi alla buona terra, all'acqua di sorgente e a tanta, tanta passione. In base alla stagione sceglieremo gli ortaggi appena raccolti e poi a casa mia prepareremo piatti succulenti, improvvisando un menù all'insegna della tradizione e della genuinità.

- Rosaria welcomed us into her beautiful home to make two types of pasta and a dessert. She was very gracious and the meal afterwards was lovely, Rosaria added some traditional Sicilian foods to the meal. It was nice to be able to meet people from Palermo and to share a meal.
- A truly authentic Italian experience. Chef Rosaria accommodated our family of eight people in her large home, and we feasted on an incredibly delicious meal of homemade food. One of our best travel experiences ever! Highly recommended. Chef Rosaria is the Italian grandmother you wish you had.
- Have a lovely time with Rosaria A and her friend. I was able see, assist and taste authentic Silician food. Thank you for taking the time to take me to the market and show the sights of Palmero.
- Rosaria is the most gracious hostess! Our family had a phenomenal time cooking with Rosaria! We arrived to find many homemade Sicilian appetizers. She was extremely friendly and welcoming. We both used Google translate to communicate and it worked out great. She taught us (including our 7 year old daughter whom she absolutely loved) to make 3 different pasta dishes after making the pasta dough. Sicilian lasagna, ravioli and a noodle dish. She was very thorough, very kind and very sweet! We loved the day with her, it was the very best part of our trip. I highly recommend her class and would do it again in a heartbeat if we return to Sicily. Beautiful location and what a view from her apartment! We loved Rosaria. <3
- Rosaria was great. She served Sicilian appetizers as soon as we walked in. She taught us to make two pastas, pesto sauce, and tiramusu for dessert. She is friendly and a great teacher. We recommend her class to anyone who visits Palermo.
