I had the most incredible experience at the pasta and tiramisu cooking class in Venice with my partner! From start to finish, it was an unforgettable day. Our instructor, Patrizia, was not only a talented chef but also an absolute delight. The class was hands-on, engaging, and perfectly paced, allowing us to learn the art of making fresh pasta and the classic Italian dessert from scratch. We began by making our own dough for the pasta, kneading and rolling it with the guidance of our expert chef. The best part was learning how to shape the pasta by hand and getting tips on the perfect texture and flavor. Then, we moved on to creating a rich and creamy tiramisu that turned out even better than we imagined. The whole experience was set in a cozy, welcoming home, and it felt like we were cooking alongside a local Venetian friend. Not only did we leave with new skills, but we also gained a deeper appreciation for the culture and traditions of Italian cooking. To top it off, we got to enjoy the delicious meal we had prepared, paired with some lovely wine. It was the perfect activity for a romantic and immersive day in Venice. I can’t recommend this class enough – whether you're a beginner or an experienced cook, this is a must-do! We’ll definitely be trying to recreate these dishes at home. A true highlight of our trip!

This cooking class was the best part of our unforgettable, fantastic trip to Venice. Patrizia is a very talented, experienced chef. Her love of Italian cooking and her passion for fresh, high quality ingredients comes through right away. She is a kind, knowledgeable hostess who made an enormous effort to make us happy! I did the class with my 2 kids (ages 8 and 10) and she was so patient and fun with us. My kids couldn’t get enough of her. We made delicious bigoli, ravioli, salad, and panna cotta — all free of cows milk due to my daughter’s allergy. I hope to come back again with friends and do this class all over again! The view is really, really special. Her home had a beautiful, brand-new kitchen and tons of space for us to make delicious pasta!

What truly set this class apart was how personalized it was to our dietary restrictions, as well as the incredible recommendations she gave us for things to do in other cities. She also took the time to teach us about Venetian culture and the rich history behind the food, making the experience both unique and deeply enriching. The instructor took the time to understand our needs and seamlessly adapted the recipes to accommodate them without sacrificing flavor or creativity. Not only did we learn new cooking techniques, but we also left with practical tips and recipes that we can easily recreate at home. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and supportive, making it a fun and educational experience for everyone involved. I booked a cooking class with Patrizia fora group of 12 which can be very difficult to accommodate. Not only did she accommodate us, but she went above and beyond! We were absolutely amazed and the details, the gifts, the thoughtfulness, how caring her and her husband were. The location was amazing, the food was impeccable. If i could, I would recommend her a million times. She made our day trip to Venice spectacular. Thank you Patrizia!
