"Sono cresciuta ad Acqui Terme, in campagna, con papà e famiglia contadina e produttrice di vino (per consumo familiare). Ho sempre cucinato volentieri cose sfiziose e gustose. Recentemente mi sto specializzando nella produzione di pasta fresca e pizza. Secondi di carne, anche di cavallo (influenze salentine, pezzetti di cavallo soprattutto). Potrei offrire facilmente sia un menù piemontese che uno salentino con orecchiette fatte in casa e pezzetti di cavallo, accompagnati da un ottimo primitivo salentino. Mi piacciono i gusti decisi e i piatti saporiti e cerco sempre di dare carattere ai piatti. Mi piace usare gusti e spezie".

Barbara was such an incredible host! The best part for our family was her experience having little ones in the kitchen. We all had fun, learned a lot, ate well (of course), and felt completely at home. Thank you!

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. We learned a lot. He absolutely hates spinach, but Barbara made a mix of spinach, leek and ricotta cheese. (I need that recipe!) He had a large portion of the ravioli when it was complete. Now, he wants to make ravioli at home. But I do not have any of the equipment- so I have to roll out the pasta etc with a rolling pin and make them by hand. Oh well.... We would certainly do another class like this again.

Barbara was a delightful host. Warm and welcoming and immediately made us feel at home. She was very patient and helpful in teaching us. Had lots of interesting stories about food and wine making in Italy. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal she helped us make and her company. We've learnt many valuable skills in pasta making which we plan to use at home. Grazie !

Barbara was very engaging and the apartment welcoming. The food was extremely well prepared and Barbara made it seem effortless. And of course the food was delicious.

Barbara is a fabulous host and cooker. She explains very well what we are doing, she is sharing a passion for cooking. We did very traditional recipes from Piemont. She gave me good tips taht I'm using now in my professional kitchen. And its fabulous ! I have a great moment, like if I was with a friend.
