Semplicità, leggerezza ed ingredienti d'eccellenza sono elementi fondamentali nella sua cucina. Inoltre ama coniugare la tradizione con un pizzico di originalità e innovazione, grazie anche alla sua passione (e professione) per l’arte ed il design.

- Five stars doesn’t do Benedetta justice. Incredibly attentive and welcome from before we started the evening. The warmth and family feel here was immediate. The journey of making our pasta and Tiramisu was thorough and well explained. The food that was served was out of this world in terms of flavour and how it was presented. Sharing the evening and meal with three generations of the family was an experience like no other and will always be a memory that I hold close to my heart as it’s truly what family is about. Benedetta you are a shining beacon of family life and of Italy. Thank so much, I won’t ever forget this experience.
- What an experience!!! Benedetta welcomed us into her beautiful home. She was so accommodating and helpful, answering my many questions about pasta! - Benedetta was the most gracious host. From the tour of the Merchantile to the Farmers Market for fresh fruits and vegetables, it was the most enjoyable experience. We made fresh pasta and bruschetta, tiramisu and appetizers for our lunch. Having her mother, Louise join us for lunch made the experience even more authentic. From the conversation and recipe sharing to favorite dishes—all the tips and tricks of preparing the perfect meal were shared with smiles and appreciation. Thank you—this was a wonderful memory!
- This was such an amazing afternoon with wonderful food and hospitality from Benedetta, her mother, and daughter. Benedetta answered so many of our questions while guiding us through the process of making delicious pasta and tiramisu. We could not have chosen a better experience during our visit to Turin. We were instantly welcomed and felt as though we were family. Treat yourself to an unforgettable experience.
