: We had a lovely evening. Terrific meal. Excellent teacher. Very hands on. Highly recommend.
: Chef Maria was excellent. She was warm, kind, and patient (especially for the busiate! It is a labor of love!). I was the only guest so it was a 1:1 session. I learned how to make sage & butter ravioli, busiate pasta with tomato sauce, eggplant, and ricotta, and tiramisu. While we waited for the pasta to rest, Chef Maria had appetizers and wine. Luckily, I did not eat lunch but I still walked away so full! It was a wonderful experience to learn how to make Sicilian dishes from a local chef inside their home. I highly recommend booking!
