"Sono stata sin da bambina appassionata alla cucina e al cibo, complici la nonna che amava cucinare e tutta la famiglia che ama mangiare bene. Ho deciso quindi di intraprendere una carriera universitaria nell’ambito della gastronomia. Ho affrontato un percorso multidisciplinare ed olistico che ha trattato a 360° il mondo del cibo. Amo cucinare per la mia famiglia e per gli altri, partendo dalla scelta delle ricette e dalla selezione degli ingredienti. Mi piace sperimentare e sono particolarmente appassionata alla pasticceria e ai lievitati. Faccio ricerche su antichi ricettari e chiedendo in giro, soprattutto alle signore anziane, le loro ricette di famiglia. La Sicilia, come tutta l’Italia, possiede un’eredità gastronomica inestimabile, le cui ricette e preparazioni variano di casa in casa, non solo tra città e province. Questo dà la possibilità al palato di gustare gli stessi piatti della tradizione con diversi ingredienti, tecniche e storie."

My boyfriend and I recently took a cooking class together, and I can honestly say it was one of the most incredible experiences we’ve shared. Neither of us had ever done anything like this before, so we weren’t quite sure what to expect—but from the moment we arrived, it was clear we were in for a special evening. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, and the instructors made the whole process so fun and approachable. We learned so much—especially about pasta! I had no idea how much goes into making it from scratch, and we picked up tips and little bits of culinary knowledge that we’ll definitely carry with us. What really made the night stand out was how much we laughed and connected. It was the perfect mix of hands-on learning, great conversation, and genuinely delicious food. Honestly, the pasta we made tasted better than most restaurants we've been to! If you're looking for something fun and unique, I couldn’t recommend this cooking class enough. It was the kind of evening we’ll be talking about for a long time.

Alice and Francesco wrre really nice, tthey were able to answear all of all questions about the Arancine and other sicilian traditions. Evethibg was prepared and we could check all the steps of preparing Arachine. All the ingredients were high quality. Their place and the neighbourhood was amazing. We kept in rouch to see if we can absolve the training.
