Alla fine della preparazione potrai assaggiare le pizze accompagnando il tutto con un ottimo vino o con della birra ghiacciata come vuole la tradizione.

    Highly recommended! Cesarine welcomed my daughter, granddaughter, and me into her lovely home for an evening we’ll always remember. The antipasti prepared for us to enjoy, the pastas and tiramisu we prepared together were perfect. Cesarine shared her knowledge of and passion for Sicilian cuisine and her respect for traditional methods.

    Honestly, what an amazing experience. They definitely do not exaggerate with claiming a traditional Sicilian experience. The food was delicious, the location was beautiful and the hosts are very hospitable. Obviously they have a lot of knowledge on traditional cooking but they have a lot more stories to tell about Sicily and Italy. We can definitely recommend. This is a perfect night to taste traditional food, do a little cooking but mostly enjoy the wonderful care of the hosts. If you want to do more cooking yourself, maybe check out one of their other classes.

    Our class with Alice was amazing! It was so easy to get to her apartment and her home was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Even before we arrived, she reached out and checked on our preferences to ensure the meal would be considerably prepared. She coached us through making different types of pasta while enriching our knowledge about Italian culture, cuisine, and her family’s cooking heritage. She provided thoughtful hospitality and consistent support during the lesson, as well as treated us to her homemade aperitivos, which were delicious! Finally, the entire meal was cooked to perfection. She made a delightful filling and sauce for each dish, for which she kindly sent me the recipes. We also made a decadent tiramisu that was better than any we’ve eaten at a restaurant. Along the way, we had interesting and easygoing conversations with plenty of laughs. Her partner Francesco was very helpful and a joy to be around as well. Overall, it was a beautiful evening of fun, cooking, and conversation that I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a taste of real Italian cuisine and hospitality. We’d love to do it again!

    We had the best time cooking with Alice and her husband! She was very knowledgeable but made the experience fun and personal. We felt very welcome in the their home and enjoyed getting to share a meal with them. I highly recommend doing any class with Alice! It was one of our favorite experiences of our trip!

    "Sono stata sin da bambina appassionata alla cucina e al cibo, complici la nonna che amava cucinare e tutta la famiglia che ama mangiare bene. Ho deciso quindi di intraprendere una carriera universitaria nell’ambito della gastronomia. Ho affrontato un percorso multidisciplinare ed olistico che ha trattato a 360° il mondo del cibo. Amo cucinare per la mia famiglia e per gli altri, partendo dalla scelta delle ricette e dalla selezione degli ingredienti. Mi piace sperimentare e sono particolarmente appassionata alla pasticceria e ai lievitati. Faccio ricerche su antichi ricettari e chiedendo in giro, soprattutto alle signore anziane, le loro ricette di famiglia. La Sicilia, come tutta l’Italia, possiede un’eredità gastronomica inestimabile, le cui ricette e preparazioni variano di casa in casa, non solo tra città e province. Questo dà la possibilità al palato di gustare gli stessi piatti della tradizione con diversi ingredienti, tecniche e storie."
