Quale migliore occasione per mettere le mani in pasta e imparare divertendosi a preparare i dolci simbolo della Pasqua siciliana. Una esperienza autentica che ti permetterà di imparare ed assaporare dei dolci che porterai per sempre nel cuore. Il corso di cucina sarà dedicato alla preparazione di 3 dolci tradizionali della Pasqua siciliana. La cassata al forno, l'agnello di pasta reale e la cuddura con l'uovo saranno i protagonisti. Durante la preparazione saranno raccontati aneddoti, storie e segreti di questi dolci. Alla preparazione dei dolci seguirà una merenda in cui verranno degustati tutti i dolci preparati accompagnati da caffè, tè e liquori preparati in casa.

- We had the best day with Alice & Francesco! They were welcoming, kind and very patient. Their home is lovely and very clean. The class is very well organized, it’s obvious a lot of planning and preparation goes into it. They shared an aperitif of homemade jams and olives from Francesco’s family orchard, along with cheese, sun dried tomatoes and bread. Yum!! We had the best day. Our family is Sicilian from Palermo also (2nd generation Americans) so we loved talking about the history of food, how things have changed etc. We are planning a trip back with my mom so I plan to schedule another class with Alice and Francesco. Such a memorable day! Thank you!
- Alice & Francesco welcomed me, my mother, and my sister into their beautiful home and we had an absolutely amazing experience! We learned how to make homemade pasta in different shapes & tiramisu. Alice had a beautiful spread set out for us before dinner & hosted us for a wonderful dinner of the food we made. A highlight of our trip!
- Francisco y Alice me abrieron las puertas de su casa para retomar la tradición de cocinar pasta y tiramisu que alguna vez han hecho mis bisabuelos. Para mi fue muy importante porque será una receta que pasará por generaciones. La clase estuvo impecable, nos explicaron el paso a paso y comimos lo que cocinamos nosotros. En mi clase éramos 4 alumnos en total y creo que eso lo hizo aún más personalizado. Me llevo no solo recetas sino una hermosa experiencia y además la panza llena!gracias!!!
- What a lovely and unforgettable experience! Alice and Francesco are wonderful hosts and were very welcoming to us in their home. We learned a lot about homemade pasta and the history of pasta making. We also learned a lot about olive oil! Which was an amazing bonus. Highly recommend!
- Alice and her partner were incredible hosts and teachers! My mom, brothers & I had a great time learning to cook with her. Her recipes were delicious and she made us laugh while explaining the process to us. It was my brother’s birthday and she even brought out candles and had the group sing to him with his tiramisu. She was patient, kind, fun, and taught us a lot of great Sicilian traditions and recipes!
