Gemeinsam werden wir zwei Arten von frischer Pasta zubereiten: eine gefüllte und eine ungefüllte.

Die erste Kreation sind grüne Tortelloni, gefüllt mit leckerem Ricotta oder saftigem Kürbis, während wir als zweites Gericht Busiate (eine Art sizilianische Makkaroni) alla Norma machen, eine typische sizilianische Nudelspezialität, die sorgfältig um einen Spieß gewickelt wird. Zu guter Letzt, aber sicherlich von grundlegender Bedeutung, werden wir uns der Zubereitung eines authentischen Tiramisu widmen, nach dem Originalrezept, das in meiner Familie von Generation zu Generation weitergegeben wurde.

We had the most wonderful experience with Rosa Maria making arancine. We were a group of 7 all family traveling together in Sicily. We make “arancinis” at home and had so much fun learning more about the culinary tradition as it is done here in Palermo. Rosa Maria and her helper was gracious and friendly. I would absolutely take another class with them.
