Willst du in einer einzigen Unterrichtsstunde lernen, wie man Gnocchi macht und eine traditionelle Sauce aus Salerno zubereitet? Dann bist du bei mir genau richtig. In meiner Küche machen wir ganz einfach Cavatelli, Gnocchi ohne Kartoffeln, die simpel, schnell und super vielseitig sind. Wir servieren sie mit einer duftenden Tomatensoße und Kräutern, angereichert mit frischem oder gereiftem Käse. Wir entscheiden gemeinsam, ob wir unsere Pasta im Garten oder im Haus genießen, ganz wie unter Freunden.

Emilia was wonderful! Lovely home and good conversation. We learned how to make cavatelli with a fresh tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella! I can’t wait to make it at home. Thank you for a great experience while we were in Salerno.

Emilia provided an excellent experience for us. She was patient and explained the different types of pasta and how they are made and what they are typically made of. We received a culinary education that ended in a lovely and delicious meal. Emilia was fantastic and her class was the perfect way to spend an evening.

Everything went perfectly, from the drive to the house, cooking and eating together, to the way back. The two of them were great hosts. We had a wonderful evening. Ringraziamo tanto Emilia e Gianluca per la fantastica esperienza. Abbiamo trovato una location accogliente e organizzata per l’addio al nubilato di una nostra cara amica. Abbiamo preparato insieme cavatelli con sugo fresco di pomodorini rossi, basilico, mozzarella e una nota di limone, direttamente dal suo giardino, che abbiamo poi gustato con un buon vino. Per concludere il pranzo in dolcezza, Emilia ci ha deliziate con dolci fatti in casa e un ottimo caffè. Ci siamo divertite molto nella preparazione del piatto e, tra risate e chiacchiere, sembrava di condividere il pranzo in un ambiente familiare, come se fossimo a casa. Grazie di cuore per aver reso la nostra giornata unica e speciale.

My husband and I have been talking about doing some sort of local dining experience or cooking class for a while, but this was the first time following through and WOW! Emilia and Gianluca showed us the best of times with great conversation and an amazing meal in their beautiful home. They were very personable, spoke great English, and obviously put in a lot of effort to be great hosts for us. After our first casual appetizers and wine on their beautiful outdoor patio table, they gave us a tour of their property and gardens. They had an extensive assortment of fruits and vegetables and an obvious passion and skill for gardening. They allowed us to pick and snack on various items throughout - Tasty! Emilia had prepared a full assortment of fresh food directly from her garden (or cheeses from a local dairy farm right down the road) and together with my wife prepared a DELICIOUS meal that was very filling and satisfying. Throughout the meal preparation and dining experience, they shared family cooking traditions and lots of information about the local and greater Italian areas. Dessert, coffee, and limoncello were the final cherry on top of the amazing dining experience. Overall, this was an experience that we will never forget. And one that we certainly do not regret - worth every penny! We couldn't of asked for a better evening with better company! Thank you Emilia and Gianluca for putting in the effort to show us a great time!
