- What a wonderful afternoon we spent with Alessia at her family’s home. We learned authentic Italian recipes and had a fun time together. Highly recommend!
- Our cooking experience with Alessia was one of our favorites things we did in Italy . Alessia could not have been a better host. She was friendly, fun, kind, patient and very down to earth. Our afternoon with her was like spending time with an old friend, the kind where you do not want the day to end. We were so appreciative of her and her family for inviting us into their beautiful home and the hospitality shown to us. Neither one of us are experienced cooks or very handy in the kitchen. However, Alessia made us so comfortable she had us preparing our meal like we were pros in no time. Every step was both fun and enlightening and with her help and guidance, we were able to make a truly amazing meal. If we had known this was going to be so much fun and create such a great memory for us, we would have planned another class with her during our time in Sorrento. I guess we will just have to come back to Sorrento and spend more time with Alessia . Thank you again Alessia for being such a gem of a person. Steven and Nancy Weekley
- Great experience! It was so fun being in Alesia’s home cooking in her beautiful kitchen. Great Prosecco, music, laughter and food. Would highly recommend.
- We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon with Alessia. She did a wonderful job, teaching us to make ravioli and tagliatelle for lunch and it was very tasty!
