Ich bin Koch und komme ursprünglich aus Positano. Auf meinen Reisen durch die Vereinigten Staaten, das Vereinigte Königreich, die Schweiz und viele italienische Städte habe ich neue Kochtechniken gelernt und köstliche Rezepte entdeckt. Ich bringe meinen Gästen gerne bei, wie man Brot, Fisch- und Fleischgerichte zubereitet... Aber vor allem liebe ich es, frische Pasta zuzubereiten!

- Antonio created a great experience and was such a great host! Pasta, bread, and tiramisu making was so enjoyable — would highly recommend!
- Antonio was so kind and very sweet to open his home to us. It is in a beautiful setting with gorgeous views. His wife Ariana was so sweet as well. We enjoyed meeting them and talk to them but the pasta we made and the tiramisu were amazing! Highly recommend this! My adult kids loved it! Would definitely do again!

- Wonderful authentic cooking class with gracious hosts. Perfect blend of teaching and hands on learning. Beautiful location overlooking the water. All food is fresh, local, and high quality. A great time and great value! Highly recommend for couples and groups.
