Meine Küche basiert auf Einfachheit und der Verwendung frischer Produkte, die direkt auf unserem Grundstück angebaut werden. Die von mir angebotenen Rezepte spiegeln die Familientraditionen und typischen Gerichte Kampaniens und der Region wider, wie Gnocchi alla Sorrentina, Pizza Margherita aus dem Holzofen, Spaghetti alla Nerano, Montanarine und Caprese aus Tomaten und Mozzarella.

- This by far was one of our biggest highlights from our trip to Italy! We loved Rachele & her beautiful family! They were so welcoming & generous with their time & sharing their beautiful property with us. They grow so much on their land, including a gorgeous ocean view under a shaded patio to enjoy it under! This felt like the most authentic & real experience I could ever imagine. Look no further & book your experience here!
- If you're looking for an authentic, warm, welcoming piece of Sorrento cuisine and hospitality to take with you long after your vacation is over, this is the place to do it! Rachele and her family made us feel so at home and their property is INCREDIBLE! You'll take in gorgeous views of Sorrento and the sea under a vine covered pergola, eat fresh veggies and olive oil from their garden (which you can tour), and learn to make delicious Italian staples you won't soon forget. - My family and I had the most magical experience at Rachele’s home and cooking class. Her family made us feel so welcome from our first steps into their gates. They included a full tour of their gardens, where they grow most of their ingredients. She created an inclusive hands on cooking environment for our young girls who were engaged and loved every minute of it. The food we created was delicious and served on a beautiful tablescape overlooking Sorrento at sunset. The wine was flowing, the girls ran free exploring their property, and the hospitality was beyond our expectations. We are very grateful for this experience and the memories made as a family. Shoutout to Diego, the dog who our girls fell madly in love with! :)
- what an amazing experience! Rachele & her family were so kind & hospitable. Especially when trying to navigate my way to their property, making the whole journey stress free as they were easily contactable and were willing to help in anyway possible! They have a wonderful home which is a delightful escape from the busy city centre. The food is define! Using home grown ingredients, you simply couldn’t get any better! Highly recommend to anyone considering, it was a wonderful day out & I learnt so much! Thank you so much Rachele!
- It was an exceptional day. The family is incredible - from Rachele who planned every detail to perfection to Andrea who provided the English translation to the grandma who generously shared her techniques- the family is so special. Piano do Sorrento is 20 mins from Positano and is magical. We made Tiramisu which was the best one we have ever had. The pasta was perfection and the lunch was exceptional. Unforgettable experience!!!
