- Fantastic experience! Very user friendly and a laid back atmosphere. The experience, the food and the company were all top notch!
- My parents and I had an amazing time celebrating our holidays with a cooking class with Valentina and Valeria. We loved visiting the local market, learning how to make pasta and tiramisu, and learning about life in Rome. They were both warm and welcoming, and we left feeling like friends. Can’t wait for a return visit!
- Valentina and Valeria were absolutely lovely and incredibly welcoming. They encouraged all our questions and made their recipes so easy to follow. The food was outstanding—my favorite was the tomato fettuccine with guanciale, and the fennel-seed taralli were unforgettable! It was such a wonderful experience. Thank you again!
- We had the best time with these two ladies! They made us feel welcome, gave us treats, and helped guide us through making classic raviolis and tiramisu. Very personal cooking experience that is invaluable, and I believe we chose the best of the best! I hope one day we will be back and can do it again. Would recommend to anyone in the Rome area!
- What a wonderful evening of cooking, conversation and food with Valeria and Valentina! They are so friendly and warm, and great teachers-thank you so much!

Valeria e Valentina
Cesarina from 2018Location: Rome (RM) Languages: English, French, German, Spanish, ItalianParioli is a Roman neighborhood that holds a unique charm. It distinguishes itself by its marvelous buildings and large green areas. This neighborhood offers up so many different facets and after the Second World War it began to get noticed, becoming the hang out place of famous movie stars, important theater actors and diplomats from all over the world. The history of Parioli, however, dates back to the Roman period. Later, during the Middle Ages, the neighborhood was known as "Pelaiolo", a peasant term referring to the fruit of the pear tree. We greet you here in Parioli in our period home. Both lovers of the culinary arts, we have always enjoyed spending lots of time cooking and trying out new recipes, from the past and present. Our dishes are full of the memories and flavors of childhood, and our table setting is elegant and full of colors that vary according to the seasons. Our preparations tend to revolve around baked goods (bread, breadsticks, taralli), all strictly homemade using our own sourdough starter and extra virgin olive oil which we also produce ourselves.
