- Come possono festeggiare il loro cinquantesimo compleanno due amiche appassionate di buon cibo? In cucina ovviamente! Ma questa volta non la loro ma quella di Catia la Cesarina di Parma. Infilati i grembiuli ci siamo messe al lavoro. Sfoglia da tirare e ripieni da preparare. Il risultato? Degli ottimi tortelli con la ricotta e le erbette. Molto buona anche la variante con ripieno di patate. Un pranzo piacevole sia per il cibo che per la compagnia. Grazie ancora a Catia e a suo marito per la bella giornata. Ci siamo sentite come a casa! Esperienza consigliatissima.
- A fabulous evening with wonderful Catia and her husband. Excellent food and conversation . Loved to watch and learn from Catia. An unforgettable experience. We highly appreciated the delicious local cuisine lovingly prepared in our presence by Catia. We highly recommend this local dinner.
- My husband and I had a wonderful cooking class. Catia and her husband were very welcoming and patient with me learning how to speak italian. They showed us local pastries and a little bit of the local area since the markets are closed in August. We cooked two types of pasta, and quick and easy to make tiramisu. We also enjoyed delicious aperitifs throughout the experience, that showcased local prosciutto and parmigiana. This is a great experience if you want to chat and enjoy a relaxed cooking class, no stress, just fun! Thank you so much for hosting us in your space and sharing these recipes with us!
