- We could not have asked for a more wonderful experience! Catia and Augusto welcomed us into their delightful home and immediately made us feel like family. They both have such a genuine passion for hosting and teaching—not only about the absolutely delicious food we were preparing, but also about the regional traditions and family culture behind it. We loved learning to make fresh pasta from scratch, including the different techniques and fillings, while hearing stories about their family and the region. Augusto shared his fascinating history working in prosciutto production, and we even enjoyed his delicious family-made wine. The best part was sitting down together afterward and enjoying everything we had made as a wonderful family meal. This was so much more than a cooking class—it felt like being welcomed into an Italian home and getting to experience a little piece of their food, family, and culture. An absolutely amazing experience and one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. We cannot recommend Catia and Augusto highly enough!
