In our farmhouse surrounded by greenery, you can savor the authentic flavors of the past. Start with a trio of appetizers: farm-produced cured meats, Mamma Piera's famous anchovies, and agnolotti with three-meat sauce or risotto with Moscato or grape sauce from our vineyards.
Why not try our stuffed guinea fowl, Fassone roast, or locally-raised rabbit from our farmer friends? All this accompanied by local sulfite-free wines: Chardonnay, Barbera Superiore, Nebbiolo, and Moscato.

Royal boiled meat with seven cuts, chicken, and three types of cotechino. Rabbits, guinea fowl, and local farm-raised roosters. Local wines, including some organic ones. Roasts with local hazelnuts and homemade desserts.
